May 18, 2012, the Symphony Orchestra of the St. Petersburger Philharmonie  – conducted by Alexandr Dmitriev – will play in its own Philharmonic Hall in St. Petersburg, Russia. The concert will be given in support of EurAsia Heart Foundation, Healthy Heart Foundation, St. Petersburg, and the North American Branch of Almazov Fund of the University of Yale, USA. These three foundations established an international cooperation, co-work in cardiology and cardiovascular surgery and promote on-site education in many cardiovascular centres worldwide.

2010: The Symphony Orchestra of the St. Petersburger Philharmonie played in the Tonhalle in Zurich, Switzerland in support of EurAsia Heart Foundation, Healthy Heart Foundation and Fondation Ciao Kids.
